All payments must be made via ipal which is out platform for online bookings. Here you can create and account and keep track of any bookings.

Late Payment

Our online booking system will require you to make payment at the time of the booking, unless you have chosen to pay via childcare vouchers. Proof of payment will be require in this instance as we understand it can take unto 5 days to be paid into our account.

If fees have not been received 7 days from your booking date a surcharge of 10% will be added to your booking.
If fees have not been received within 14 days from your booking date then your space will be cancelled.
Should you fail to make payment after the service has been provided you will be sent a first reminder then a second reminder. Failure to make payment after this will result in the small court of arbitration being involved.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need/want to cancel your booking you have a 48 hours grace period where you will receive a full refund with no added cost. Please note this will not apply if your booking is within 48 hours of your start date.

Any cancellations made after the grace period and up to 72 hours before the start date of your booking will result in a full credit refund which will appear in your ipal wallet. No cash refunds will be permitted.

Any cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking will result in a 50% credit refund being applied to your ipal wallet. No cash refund will be permitted.

Refunds will not be given in full or part if a cancellationis made on the day of your booking.

For any term time class:

Refunds will not be permitted for any reason out of our control such as; weather conditions eg flooding, ice/snowy conditions or for any disease outbreak.

Refunds will not be given if the child is absent due to illness or any other reason.

will not be given.


We offer a 5% sibling discount to anybody who wishes to book.

Late Pick Up Fee

We reserve the right to charge a late pick up fee of £5 per child if you collect after the allocated pick up time of 5.30pm. An additional £5 per child will be charged for every 15 minutes thereafter. The fee will be required on collection of your child but if you are unable to pay the fee on collection a payment request via ipal or poncho pay will be sent. Failure to pay the late pick up fee may result in your child’s place being cancelled with out refund.

Childcare Vouchers

Childcare vouchers can be used for any of our holiday clubs only.
Please allow enough time (usually 5 working days).for payment to reach us.


If you are not satisfied with the service you have received from any BDM Sports employee
then please email [email protected].


If your child can not attend for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. If your child has an infectious illness we politely ask not to send your child in. If your child becomes ill during their time with BDM Sports then we reserve the right to contact parents/guardians to arrange collection.

Accident/ Illness

BDM Sports reserves the right to administer basic first aid as and when needed. All
parents will be informed via email/ipal booking system.


All children who are booked onto any activity with BDM Sports are covered by public
liability insurance.

Photo/Video Disclaimer

During any of our sessions photo’s or video’s may be taken for training and promotional purposes. If you wish for your child to be excluded please make us aware during the registration section where you will be offered the choice to opt in or out.
