Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please get in touch as early as you can if you need to cancel a booking, the earlier you let us know, the easier it is to offer your child's place to someone else.

• 72 hours notice or more before the session: full credit refund or free transfer to another date.
• Less than 72 hours before the session: non refundable, but we'll always do our best to help.

Cancellations due to illness are considered on a case by case basis. Please email us as soon as possible.
