Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please get in touch as early as you can if you need to cancel a booking — the earlier you let us know, the easier it is to offer your child's place to someone else.

• More than 14 days before the session: full refund or free transfer to another date.
• 7–14 days before the session: 50% refund or free transfer.
• Less than 7 days before the session: non-refundable, but we'll always do our best to help.

Cancellations due to illness are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us as soon as possible.
